Plausible Analytics and performance data
The site uses Plausible Analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, device type, form conversion, contact clicks, advisor clicks, and video engagement. Plausible does not use cookies or create personal profiles for this site.
Hosting and form processing
The intended production site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are handled through Netlify Forms. Those services may process technical data needed to host the site, protect it from spam, and deliver form notifications.
Use and retention
How information is used.
Information submitted through the contact form is used to respond to the inquiry, evaluate whether a conversation makes sense, and keep a useful record of communication.
ETL Fund does not sell personal information. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to operate the website, respond to inquiries, or support the acquisition search.
