For brokers, bankers, CPAs, and attorneys

A prepared buyer who will not waste the relationship.

If you advise owner-led businesses in North Texas, this page is the short version of what makes a good ETL Fund referral.

I am Jeremy Hans, and I am ETL Fund. I am SBA approved, bringing substantial personal capital, and focused on buying and personally operating an established North Texas business. I will be direct, responsive, and easy to work with.

What makes a good referral

Useful businesses with real trust to protect.

01 | Company

Established, profitable, and durable

The best fit is a company with stable demand, a reputation worth protecting, and enough team depth that the business is not just a job wearing a company name.

02 | Seller

An owner who cares what happens next

Retirement, family transition, fatigue, or a desire to de-risk can all fit. I am especially interested when the owner wants a specific successor, not only a process.

03 | Process

Plain information before full diligence

A high-level financial snapshot, industry context, location, employee count, and owner goals are enough to decide whether a first call makes sense.

04 | Feedback

Clear answers, low drama

If it is not close, I will say so. If it is close, I will move carefully, respect the owner relationship, and be clear about what I need next.

How to think about me

SBA-ready, capitalized, and practical to work with.

I have already been through SBA approval and have meaningful personal capital ready for the equity requirement. I understand lender timelines, diligence requests, seller discretion, and the importance of keeping a referral relationship clean.

I can work with brokers, intermediaries, lenders, CPAs, attorneys, and direct owner conversations. You should not have to drag me through the basics or manage around avoidable noise.

A few sentences are enough to start.
